Karen RehnKaren Rehn, Owner, President

With a decade of staffing experience, Karen is no stranger to the industry. Her zest for business and desire to leave Wisconsin winters behind led her to purchase Helping Hands Staffing Services. Karen purchased Helping Hands in March of 2009 from Christine Bowman who founded the company in 1988.

The business has evolved and is now known as HH Staffing. With a solid foundation and an experienced management team the company has expanded to multiple locations. Future plans include continued service to valued clients, embracing new prospects and looking for new areas of business.

Karen’s mission is to continue to provide the same great service, dedication and devotion that built the company.
 

Stuart KortieStuart Kortie, Partner, General Manager

Stuart is our General Manager and became a partner in 2010. He started with HH Staffing in August of 2009. He has worked within a variety of industries and has 25 years of Sales and Business Development experience. He has owned his own business in the past, but most recently worked for 8+ years in the staffing industry in San Francisco. There he built relationships with some of the most recognizable names in the business world.

Christine OwensChristine Owens, Office Manager, Executive Recruiter

Christine comes to us with over 23 years Staffing/Human Resources Management experience. She started in the staffing industry in 1988 as a permanent placement specialist. Throughout her career she has progressed from staffing manager to director of human resources. Christine brings a wealth of human resource knowledge and understanding that assists our clients and associates. She enjoys partnering with clients and assisting them with making the right match for all their staffing needs.

Doris KiserDoris Kiser, Recruiter, Receptionist

Doris has been with the company since October of 2003. Her duties include receptionist and placement coordinator. She has experience in all aspects of the staffing industry including scheduling interviews, interviewing applicants, filling orders, customer service, and insuring that all the proper paperwork is completed and compliant. She assists in processing bank reconciliations, making bank deposits, advertising and payroll.

My name is Yuliya. I’m originally from Ukraine but my family moved to Minnesota when I was just a kid and I lived there most of my life. The last few years I studied marketing in St. Paul, MN and I also spent a few semesters abroad in an International Business program. I love meeting, working with, and most of all helping people. In 2010 I decided to move to sunny Florida and joined HH Staffing in February 2011. And although I am relatively new to the staffing industry, I’m very excited to learn from such a dynamic team!

“Hallo” my name is Veronika and I’m from Germany. I’ve won in the GreenCard-Lottery and moved from Munich to Sarasota in March 2011. With 4.5 years’ experience in the greatest HR advertising agency in Germany, I’m looking forward to develop the brand “HH Staffing Services”. I’m very excited and can’t wait to take the challenge!

Ruegger is a 4 year old Boston Terrier who has come to work with his owner most of his life. He brings a wonderful personality and meets and greets most of our visitors. We gave him the title Ruegger the Recruiter you can also blog with dog…watch for some funny stories from him or stop by to meet him, he is almost always at work with Karen Rehn the owner.
