Our client property management companies are seeking full time HVAC certified Maintenance Technicians - IMMEDIATELY
Candidates MUST have:
- HVAC Certification – prefer EPA Universal Type II and III
Have experience in:
- A/C Repair and Installation
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Punch out lists – work orders
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
Qualifications:
- Must have EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
- Pass our skill assessments on General Maintenance and Safety
- Have your OWN TRANSPORTATION and it must be RELIABLE
- Have steady work history and excellent references
- Be willing to work a temporary assignment
- Have own tools
