Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $23 to $24/hour

Experience: 1 year of previous property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferred

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends as needed)

 

HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! 

 

Job Description:

  1. Assist with daily property operations, leasing activities, and resident relations
  2. Support rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and processing of payments
  3. Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and promptly
  4. Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident file management
  5. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in property management systems
  6. Help ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and property procedures
  7. Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and unit readiness
  8. Assist with marketing efforts, resident retention initiatives, and community events
  9. Prepare reports, notices, and other administrative documentation as needed
  10. Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members

Position Requirements:   

  1. Bilingual in Spanish & English required
  2. Previous property management, leasing, or administrative experience preferred
  3. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  4. Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office applications preferred
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and leasing practices preferred
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
