• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters and lubricating parts
• Address and resolve maintenance requests from residents promptly
• Fix minor plumbing issues, including leaks and fixture replacements
• Repair or replace electrical components, including outlets and lighting fixtures
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, like patching walls and repairing doors
• Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping and snow removal
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and building codes

Position Requirements:
