• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including walkways, parking lots, and recreational areas. 
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on outdoor structures, such as fences, gates, and signs. 
• Report any major maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. 
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly. 
• Use and store groundskeeping equipment and chemicals. 
• Respond to resident concerns or requests.  

Position Requirements:    

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.  
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers. 
• Strong attention to detail and good physical condition.  
• Comfortable performing manual labor in various weather conditions.

• Help prospective tenants complete rental applications.
• Prepare and review lease agreements and manage lease renewals.
• Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Report and keep accurate records of all tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
• Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when violations occur.
• Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.
