Position Requirements:   

  • Familiarity with property management software or maintenance tracking tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
  • Flexibility to handle emergency maintenance requests, if needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
