4. Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters and lubricating parts
5. Address and resolve maintenance requests from residents promptly
6. Fix minor plumbing issues, including leaks and fixture replacements
7. Repair or replace electrical components, including outlets and lighting fixtures
8. Perform basic carpentry tasks, like patching walls and repairing doors
9. Maintain the exterior of the property, including landscaping and snow removal
10. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and building codes

Position Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
2. Ability to use common tools and equipment
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
4. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
