Experience: Experience in leasing, customer service, or sales preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Handle leasing and marketing of rental units within a residential community.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and guide potential renters through the leasing process.
• Process maintenance requests and follow up on completion and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.
• Understand and explain lease agreements, fair housing laws, and property policies.
• Use property management systems such as Yardi or OneSite for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and leasing activity.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Assist with showing available units and conducting property tours.

Position Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Knowledge of lease terms, housing regulations, and compliance standards.
• Strong written communication and data entry skills.
