• Call Center Management: Oversee daily operations, execute inbound and outbound customer calls, resolve issues, and implement strategies for growth and efficiency. 
• Risk & Compliance: Handle workers’ compensation, insurance management, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies 
• Manage Marketing Team & Vendors: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, track performance, and drive growth in quality leads. 
• Financial Oversight: Manage AR/AP, perform QuickBooks entries, handle collections, prepare payroll for approval, and ensure accurate financial reporting. 
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires. 
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system, track interactions, identify improvement opportunities and train all teams on proper usage. 
• Administrative Support: Prepare reports, inventory management, maintain records, and attention to detail.

Position Requirements:  

• Bilingual abilities is preferred but not required.
