Job Description

  1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
  2. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
  3. Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and resolve issues efficiently.
  4. Prepare vacant units for new tenants by conducting necessary repairs and upkeep.
  5. Inspect and maintain building systems, property grounds, common areas, and facilities.
  6. Document all maintenance activities and repairs in the property management system.
  7. Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades.

Position Requirements:   

  1. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
  2. Ability to handle on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed.
  3. CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification or willingness to obtain.
  4. Experience using property management software for tracking maintenance requests.
