2. Evaluate property management performance and bid out contracts as needed.
3. Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other financing requirements.
4. Identify and execute refinancing and repositioning opportunities.
5. Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value and minimize risk.
6. Coordinate with stakeholders including investors, lenders, agencies, and residents.
7. Lead cross-functional project teams including architects, contractors, and consultants.
8. Oversee marketing and lease-up efforts for new properties.
9. Prepare and present reports for leadership, board committees, and investors.
10. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate performance of the asset management team.

Position Requirements:

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret real estate financials and budgets.
3. Experience with LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, and related funding programs.
4. Project management experience in rehab/construction ($5,000 to $500,000).
5. Strong understanding of compliance and risk management in affordable housing.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
