Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $17/hour

Experience: Previous professional housekeeping or cleaning experience required. 

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  

HH Staffing is seeking a Housekeeper to join a growing and dynamic team!   

  

Job Description:  

  1. Clean and prepare vacant apartment units as needed.
  2. Remove trash and maintain clean, presentable work areas.
  3. Assist with preparing apartment units and community areas to meet cleanliness standards.
  4. Clean and maintain interior common areas throughout the apartment community.
  5. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean designated areas.
  6. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, fixtures, and other surfaces as assigned.
  7. Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
  8. Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues to property management.
  9. Assist with additional housekeeping-related duties based on community needs.


Position Requirements:    

  1. Apartment community, multifamily, hotel, residential, or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred.
  2. Experience cleaning vacant units or preparing apartments for move-in is a plus.
  3. Ability to perform physically active work throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies/equipment.
  4. Ability to work independently and complete assigned areas within expected timeframes.
  5. Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
  6. Must have reliable transportation.
