Position: HVAC Maintenance Technician 

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $25/hour

Experience:  

1. Previous apartment, multifamily, or residential property maintenance experience required.
2. Experience completing apartment turns and resident work orders.

Education: EPA Certification required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Complete resident maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
2. Troubleshoot and perform repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance.
3. Assist with apartment turns, including preparing vacant units for new residents.
4. Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
5. Diagnose basic HVAC issues and complete appropriate repairs within certification and experience level.
6. Repair or replace fixtures, hardware, appliances, and other apartment components as needed.
7. Assist with drywall, painting, carpentry, and other general property repairs.
8. Maintain clean and organized work areas while following community safety procedures.
9. Communicate maintenance concerns and completed work to property management.

Position Requirements:    

1. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
2. Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
3. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
4. Must have basic maintenance tools.
5. Reliable transportation required.
