Position: Rental Program Manager 

Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: Starting at $65,000/year 

Experience: Prior experience managing a condominium or vacation rental program required.

Type: Full-time; Long-Term

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm  (Saturdays needed at the beginning of the shift to learn turnover routine)

HH Staffing is seeking a Rental Program Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Manage daily rental operations including availability, reservations, booking flow, guest acquisition, and rate coordination
2. Lead and supervise two Reservations Specialists
3. Drive growth in occupancy and rental revenue while managing pricing effectively
4. Oversee and optimize use of existing and additional booking platforms
5. Manage inquiries, outbound advertising efforts, and convert bookings
6. Re-engage prior guests through targeted campaigns
7. Optimize BlueTent-managed website
8. Initiate outbound marketing efforts to attract new guests
9. Create and launch special promotions to improve shoulder-season occupancy
10. Ensure professional, timely guest communication from inquiry through post-stay follow-up

Position Requirements:    

1. Working knowledge of Rental Management software (e.g., Escapia), VRBO, Airbnb, and direct booking strategies
2. Strong understanding of occupancy-driven revenue
3. Comfortable working directly with boards and ownership groups
4. Organized, accountable, and service-oriented
