Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Experience:

1. Previous apartment maintenance experience or strong handyman skills required
2. Experience with painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support residential communities throughout Orlando and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on maintenance experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to provide quality service in an apartment community environment.

Job Description:  

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs
2. Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
3. Conduct unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
4. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure proper resolution
5. Perform painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry as needed
6. Maintain clean and safe work areas
7. Communicate professionally with property staff and residents

Position Requirements:

1. Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
2. HVAC and/or CPO certifications highly preferred
3. Reliable transportation required
4. Must have a basic toolkit, including a drill
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
