Position: Leasing Agent 

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $20 to $22/hour

Experience: 1+ year of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift 

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight community amenities and available apartment homes.
2. Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and assist with the application and leasing process.
3. Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, move-in paperwork, and other resident documentation.
4. Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident information.
5. Assist with rent collection, resident questions, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
6. Conduct apartment inspections and assist with move-in and move-out processes.
7. Support resident retention efforts, community events, and property marketing initiatives.
8. Maintain model apartments, leasing areas, and common areas to ensure the property is presented professionally.
9. Follow Fair Housing guidelines, company policies, and property procedures.

Position Requirements:    

1. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or AppFolio is a plus.
2. Professional and personable approach when interacting with residents and prospective residents.
3. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Must be comfortable working weekends and holidays as required by the property.
