Position: Leasing Consultant 

Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: $19 to $22/hour

Experience: Prior experience in leasing is required. 

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Weekends as needed)

HH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the property.
2. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide information about leasing options, pricing, and availability.
3. Assist with the leasing application process.
4. Meet or exceed leasing goals by proactively following up with leads and maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants.
5. Address resident questions and concerns.
6. Support the community management team in coordinating resident events and activities.
7. Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team for maintenance requests or policy updates.
8. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and correspondence in the property management system.
9. Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
10. Ensure the leasing office, model units, and community areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
11. Participate in marketing efforts, such as creating promotional materials, hosting open houses, and engaging with prospective residents on social media platforms.

Position Requirements:    

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
2. Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations.
3. Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and OneSite.
4. Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
