Position: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor  

Location: Apopka, FL

Pay: Up to $30/hour (Depending on experience) 

Experience:  

1. Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience required
2. Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience strongly preferred

Education: EPA Certification/HVAC certification required 

Type: Full-time; Temporary  

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

HH Staffing is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, and service requests
2. Lead and support maintenance staff while ensuring work is completed efficiently
3. Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
4. Coordinate and complete apartment turns/make-readies
5. Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
6. Maintain appropriate inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
7. Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
8. Ensure maintenance areas and work are completed according to safety standards
9. Communicate effectively with property management staff and residents
10. Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
11. Participate in an on-call rotation when required; open availability for on-call is highly preferred

Position Requirements:  

1. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
2. Experience completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
3. Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
4. Reliable transportation required
5. Strong communication and organizational skills
6. Flexibility for an on-call rotation is highly preferred
7. Basic Hand tools required
